At Nanoprint Kimya, quality isn't just about the final product; it's about the entire process, from raw materials to shipping. We develop, control, and manufacture our water-based, silicone-based, and phthalate-free plastisol solutions with a focus on reproducible performance, process safety, and sustainable chemistry.
One of the cornerstones of our quality assurance is end-to-end traceability:

Lot number and document control is performed at the entry of raw materials.

Each ingredient used in production recipes is recorded on a lot basis.

When production is completed, a new lot is defined for the final product and associated with the shipping/invoicing processes.
Thanks to this system, a verifiable, transparent and controllable flow is ensured for each batch.
Our quality management is not a one-time check, but a continuously evolving system. Through internal audits, process reviews, and feedback analysis, we make our products and production processes more efficient, safer, and more sustainable.
